KickBrain – Terms of Use

Welcome to KickBrain, the ultimate online multiplayer soccer trivia app. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions of Use. By using KickBrain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Eligibility

To use KickBrain, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Comply with local laws and app usage policies.

If under 18, your legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

To participate in games, access premium features, or purchase content, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your credentials secure and confidential.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

KickBrain reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. Game Rules and Fair Play

KickBrain is a competitive and community-driven trivia platform. You agree to:

  • Play fairly, without cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools.
  • Not impersonate others or engage in abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Respect the decisions of moderators and admins in resolving disputes.

KickBrain reserves the right to take action against players who violate fair play guidelines, including suspending access, banning accounts, or revoking earned rewards.

4. Premium Features and Tokens

KickBrain offers in-app purchases such as:

  • Premium packages (custom question sets, avatars)
  • Subscriptions (1 Week, 1 Month)
  • Tokens (virtual currency)

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the App.

Creators of public packages may earn a portion of the revenue in tokens as per the app’s revenue sharing model.

5. User Content and Custom Packages

By uploading or creating custom question packages, you agree that:

  • You have the right to use and distribute the content.
  • KickBrain may review, edit, publish, or remove your content at its discretion.
  • Your packages must not include offensive, misleading, or copyrighted material.

KickBrain is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to moderate it.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  • Attempt to disrupt or exploit the App’s services.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, features, and technology in KickBrain are the intellectual property of KickBrain or its licensors. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce or distribute content without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to copy our systems.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Information You Provide: Username, email, and profile picture when creating an account; custom packages or messages; feedback and inquiries.
  • Automatically Collected Information: Device info, IP address, general location, game activity, usage analytics, crash logs.
  • Third-Party Information: If signing in via social accounts (Google, Apple), we receive your public profile info.

  • To manage your account and gameplay.
  • To maintain fair play and detect suspicious activity.
